After David Cameron's abortive attempt to tell us to pay off our credit cards, we want to know about your approach to debt
Later today, David Cameron was expected to focus his speech to the Conservative party conference on debt. He was to call for Britain's households to pay off their personal debts as a way to aid the economic recovery. But after a furore, it is reported that the prime minister has rewritten his address to make it clear that he is not telling the public how to arrange their personal finances. On Comment is free, Jonathan Portes vehemently disagrees that tackling debt first and foremost is a good step forward, but we want to know what you think.
What are you actually doing to reduce your household's debt? Will you be taking extra steps to tackle it? Do you have the means to?
