When snow caused Heathrow to close, I asked Expedia for a refund. I'm still waiting
I booked a flight through Expedia to New Delhi for myself and my wife for 18 December, the day that snow caused Heathrow to close. My flight with Jet Airways was cancelled. I called Expedia to cancel the booking and ask for a refund of �1,658. I am still getting the same excuses ? it is in the process, we haven't received the money from the airline, we will call you back in a few weeks' time. This is money I can ill afford to lose. I am at my wits' end. NS, London
Three days after I asked Expedia what was going on, your money arrived. There was still no explanation.
